Sandwiches and Burgers
Shameless plug, but you need GrillHogs Grill Tongs to handle this monstrosity. Why? Standing five-patties tall, this jawbreaking burger should come with a liability release.
Don’t be intimidated by it. Look at it as if you were envisioning your favorite team’s rival…and just destroy it! Victory has a distinctly (and deliciously) beefy taste to it…
20 ounces ground beef formed into 5 evenly-sized patties
10 slices American cheese
1 hamburger bun
2 thinly sliced bread and butter pickles
1 ounce rehydrated onions*
Ketchup, to taste
Mustard, to taste
Grill burger patties until just before desired doneness.
Top each patty with 2 slices of cheese and melt.
To serve, top the bottom burger bun with the 5 cheeseburger patties, the pickles, onions, a healthy serving of ketchup and mustard, and the top bun. Serve!
Rehydrated onions (like the ones they use on cheeseburgers at Mickey D’s) are easily made at home by combining a ½ ounce of hot water and a ½ ounce of the dried minced onions found in the spice aisle of your local grocery store.
