Recipe Note
Pro Tip 1:
Making a really big batch? Want to save some active time? Need the grill space for something else? You can use your oven instead to cook up the sliders. Use a brownie pan or sheet pan to cook the patties under the broiler for a nice crust. Once cooked, pop out of the brownie pan or cut them to size from the sheet pan.
Pro Tip 2:
To make the sliders easy for guests to grab and go, place them in silicone baking cups before putting them on a serving tray
