This delectable adult beverage is rich, hot, spicy, and smoky—and it transports in a thermos extremely well. So if you want a pick-me-up for those chilly November days, mix up one of these. You’re ready to go!
Ingredients
1 ounce Cholula chipotle hot sauce
11 ounces smoked turkey bone stock
7 ounces Mezcal Creyente
2 ounces cinnamon simple syrup
2 ounces Cardamaro amaro
3 ounces lemon juice
5 shakes of mole bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients to a pot with the burner on medium-low.
Heat until hot.
Find an empty wine bottle and get a funnel.
Carefully pour all of the ingredients into the bottle through the funnel.
Serve hot.
