So for your taste buds' pleasure, here's a roundup of five tasty recipes that'll make use of that pasta decorating your pantry along with those veggies, cheeses and other ingredients likely sitting around in your fridge.
1. Classic Pasta Salad
This recipe got its start from a request from our founder's sister, who is gluten-free. She loves store-bought pasta salad (especially the kind at the salad bar) but upon discovering her gluten sensitivity, her pasta salad days promptly ended. Thus arose an immediate need for this recipe, allowing her to make pasta salad at home. If you are also not down with the gluten, simply use gluten-free rotini (or pasta of your choice) instead.

2. White Cheddar Shells
We first fell in love with pasta shells as our cheese sauce vehicle as kids when it was socially acceptable to eat Velveeta's version–before we learned how bad trans fats and essentially fake food (such as "space cheese") are for you. The texture of a perfectly cooked pasta shell on the tongue is pretty hard to beat. (Insert here one of our favorite new culinary terms: "Mouthfeel"). This recipe is essentially mac and cheese, but taken to a new level with white cheddar cheese and those pasta shells we're raving about.

3. Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese
This recipe combines two of our favorite foods of all time: Macaroni and cheese and Buffalo chicken dip. After we had an overabundance of the dip left over in our fridge, we tried to figure out how else to eat it and thus was born this ingenious recipe. It's crazy tasty but admittedly pretty fattening. That said, who couldn't use some comfort food right about now? So we're just indulging in moderation…
PRO TIP: You can make cooking the Buffalo chicken sauce faster and easier by substituting in our Hungry Fan Buffalo Wings spice blend for all the non-liquid ingredients in the sauce part of this recipe. (Tabasco is optional if you do).
