Why did we name this cocktail The Urlacher? Because it hits you like a linebacker and then rummages through your belongings like a bear.
Okay, the second part was a bit of a stretch, but this drink sure is strong and delicious. Enjoy with friends while watching the next Bears game. But be careful...it bites.
Ingredients
13 ounces Bulleit Bourbon
7 ounces Domain de Canton
3 ounces Amaro Nonino
7 dashes orange bitters
4 ounces water
Orange zest (optional)

Cap bottle and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve with a crooked smile and optional orange zest.
Recipe Note
Pro Tip:
Bottled cocktails are great for tailgating. No mess, easy to transport, and they look great. The average wine bottle is 750 milliliters, which roughly translates to 27 ounces of liquid inside. Hence our bottled cocktail recipes all add up to 27 ounces.
