Here’s a fun American twist on a Mexican crowd pleaser. This nacho dish not only loads on the cheese, but it’s also eye-pleasing and patriotic. Your guests are bound to love it.

Ingredients
1 bag blue corn tortilla chips
½ cup white cheese, shredded (we like Monterey Jack)
Salsa, to taste
Greek yogurt, to taste
1 can chopped black olives
1 can corn
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly distribute tortilla chips on the sheet, making sure to keep them in a single or thin layer for consistent baking.
Sprinkle chips with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5–7 minutes.
Serve with veggies, salsa, and Greek yogurt.
