Summer is the season to break out the preppy shorts, tennis rackets, and sailboats. So why not make a classic cocktail that has a color similar to a tennis ball and is named after a famous yacht club in Bermuda? It really doesn’t get much preppier than that.
Ahoy…we give you the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club bottled cocktail. This rum-centric drink can be easily transported in a bottle so you and your thirsty mates can serve it up wherever the wind blows you.
Ingredients
12 ounces Mount Gay Rum Blanco
6 ounces fresh lime juice
3 ounces Cointreau Orange Liqueur
3 ounces Falernum
4 ounces water
Directions
Find an empty wine bottle, and get a funnel.
Pour all of the ingredients into the bottle through the funnel.
Cap bottle and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve with a smile.

Pro Tip:
Bottled cocktails are great for tailgating. No mess, easy to transport, and they look great. The average wine bottle is 750 milliliters which roughly translates to 27 ounces of liquid inside. Hence our bottled cocktail recipes all add up to 27 ounces.
