You know how buffalo chicken wings/tenders/etc. are always served with ranch and veggies for dipping? Yeah, this isn’t that. Instead, we flipped things around!
In this recipe, we’re featuring the veggies with ranch and using buffalo sauce for dipping. This may not only be an ideal (healthy-ish) snack for your game-day festivities, but it’s also a fun idea for adding more veggies to your grub spread.
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) bottle ranch salad dressing
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot
2 heads broccoli
1 packet ranch seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake until florets are tender enough to pierce with a fork and the edges are browning, about 15 minutes. Serve with buffalo sauce for dipping.
