Bacardi Superior, pineapple, cream of coconut
Honestly, who doesn’t love a great tiki cocktail? That is, of course, a serious question because there are some people out there who would pass on this beaut. We are certainly not among them, and we hope you aren’t either.
Try pairing this tropical delight with a grilled wonder like bacon-wrapped scallops or coconut shrimp. The combo is sure to be fantastic!
10 ounces Bacardi Superior
10 ounces pineapple juice
8 ounces cream of coconut
Pineapple, cut into wedges, for serving
Find an empty wine bottle, and get a funnel.
Pour all of the ingredients, except the pineapple wedges, into the bottle through the funnel.
Cap bottle and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve with pineapple wedges and, if you’re going fully festive, cocktail umbrellas.
Bottled cocktails are great for tailgating. No mess, easy to transport, and they look great. The average wine bottle is 750 milliliters which roughly translates to 27 ounces of liquid inside. Hence our bottled cocktail recipes all add up to 27 ounces.
