Pumpkin Spice S’Mores
Greek yogurt, maple syrup, peanut butter, chocolate squares, graham crackers, powdered sugar
A few years ago, ABC 7 New York had us back for another fun cooking demo! It’s always a treat to be with the ABC crew (and then, of course, feed them after we wrap)!
This recipe is also a treat—seriously. Pumpkin spice and s’mores? What a dream team of sugary, summer-turns-to-fall goodness. Give them a try for your next homegate or family night in. We think you’ll be happy you did.
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1–2 teaspoons store-bought pumpkin spice blend, to taste
⅓ cup peanut butter
4 large chocolate squares (we recommend semi-sweet or dark)
4 graham crackers, split into even halves along the perforation
Optional: powdered sugar to taste
In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pumpkin spice blend, and maple syrup. Stir together well.
To assemble, top one graham cracker half with a 1-tablespoon dollop of peanut butter. Top that with a chocolate square and then a 1-tablespoon dollop of the pumpkin spice mixture.
Top with another graham cracker half.
Repeat until you have 4 s’mores and serve!
