Easy Cheese Fondue

32 ounces Velveeta cheese
Milk or vegetable broth, for thinning
Assorted dippers (pretzels, crackers, sliced sausages, apples, broccoli florets, tortilla chips, bread cubes, carrots, tater tots, french fries...the options are endless!)
Skewers (cocktail skewers or 9” bamboo skewers)
Plates and napkins
Heat Velveeta and cream cheese in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally, until melted.
Slowly add milk or vegetable broth, ¼ of a cup at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
