Directions
Whisk heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée, cold brew, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, pumpkin spice seasoning, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl until combined.

Transfer ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until you’re ready to serve (about 6–8 hours).
Recipe Note
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
- Keep it super simple and serve in scoops in a bowl. Just remove frozen ice cream from the freezer 30 minutes before serving for easy scooping. Crumble gingersnaps or other ginger cookies over the ice cream for a seasonal crunch.
- Make a milkshake! Blend with your favorite milk or non-dairy alternative. Serve with decorative paper straws and even add a caramel drizzle, if you’re feeling extra saucy.
- Fashion it into a float. Scoop ice cream into a cup of chilled cold brew and serve with a cinnamon stick. Get that extra dose of caffeine to get the party started—or to keep it going.
However you decide to serve it up, each option is sure to be delicious. Enjoy!
