One Bite Wedge

Ah yes, the classic steakhouse salad. You know you love this one. And it’s usually a special occasion treat, right? Well no more! 

This delicious-looking treat is a cinch to make at home! Why not whip up a mini version for finger food fangating while you and your friends fan out! College basketball + bite-size wedge salads = my kinda night!

Directions:

  1. ‍Combine mayonnaise, sour cream buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and pepper in blender!
  2. Lay bacon slices out on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so, depending on how crispy you like it. Once cool, dice bacon.
  3. Slice iceberg wedge into small wedges. Drizzle dressing on top. Place blue cheese crumbles, bacon slices and red pepper on top.
