I had some ingredients left over from making my Bacon and Cheese Meatloaf and decided to try a different spin! I baked up these cheese-stuffed meatballs and they were delicious! I like them as-is with a little ketchup, but they're also great in between slider buns or hamburger buns (depending on how big you make your meatballs). Add a little ketchup or barbecue sauce to your bun, maybe some tomatoes, lettuce and/or onions, and you are set! Enjoy!
