Here in America, we love our barbecue and it's the quintessential summer flavor and thing to do. Here's how to up the flavor ante for you and your friends & family this summer.

Peach, Rhubarb and Habanero BBQ Ribs

Happy July 4th, everyone! Today is one of our favorite holidays because it gives us the perfect excuse to invite over friends & family and throw one heck of a cookout. Because let's be honest, we Americans love our cookouts!

This year is no exception and we will be throwing our own delicious cookout featuring our pièce de résistance: our Peach, Rhubarb and Habanero BBQ ribs.

We came up with this recipe as part of our partnership with Smithfield and our celebration of NASCAR this summer and fall. Smithfield, as you know, is big into racing and is a proud supporter of the Richard Petty Motorsports team, led by No. 43 Ford driver Aric Almirola (who we continue to wish a speedy recovery). This past weekend was the exciting NASCAR Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway, which we hope you all tuned into. And while this recipe would have been awesome for tailgating in Daytona, it's even better for sharing at your July 4th or any other summer cookout! (And of course save it for the next NASCAR or any other kind of tailgate too).
